BIPOC Teens and Caregivers

  • AAKOMA Project. AAKOMA builds the consciousness of youth of color and their caregivers on the recognition and importance of mental health, empowers youth and their families to seek help and manage mental health, and influences systems and services to receive and address the needs of youth of color and their families.

  • Ethel's Club. Online Healing for the Black Community.


Black Men

  • Black Men Heal. An organization focusing on providing access to mental health treatment, psycho-education, and community resources to Black men of color.

  • Black Men Speak. Our mission is to inform, educate, and enlighten the mental health community and the general public about issues concerning African American males and Men of Color suffering from mental health and substance abuse challenges by means of storytelling.

  • The YBN Project. An educational and social support program for young Black men. Through the project, we can learn about the strategies that influence and shape young Black men’s ideas and experiences with mental health.

Black Women and Girls

  • Loveland. To bring opportunity and healing to communities of color, and especially to Black women and girls. Through fellowships, residency programs, listening tours, and more, ultimately we hope to contribute to both the empowerment and the liberation of the communities we serve.

  • Therapy for Black Girls. Therapy for Black Girls is an online space dedicated to encouraging the mental wellness of Black women and girls.

  • Sister Support Group: Processing the Movement. Join us for sister support group as we provide a supportive, safe place to process through the protests, police brutality, and current conversations about race in our nation.

  • Black Lives Matter Meditation for Healing Racial Trauma. A 17 minute guided meditation using mindfulness, affirmation, and metta (loving-kindness).
