Indigent Defense Contracts
When someone is indigent, they are considered unable to pay the fees required to hire a defense lawyer. If a person requires a defense lawyer but does not have the funds to pay for one on their own, one is hired for them by the city of Dearborn. The City of Dearborn contracts indigent defense through three private Law Firms. The city's contracts with these firms are linked below.
