Using a template provided by the Grassroots Law Project, we are scheduling virtual meetings between the public, the press and individual Dearborn city officials. The goal of these meetings is to provide a platform for individuals to share their experiences of the Dearborn Police, their vision for the future of Dearborn, and to push city officials to commit to defunding the Dearborn Police. Our priorities for these meetings are to gain commitment from city officials to:

• Put the charter provision to a vote

• Release data from the Police Department

• Re-open the investigations of the Dearborn Police murders of Kevin Matthews and Janet Wilson
